A Good Moment Is:
any moment your take time to tune into yourself. Watch what you are doing ,while you take a deep breath and exhale. Are you scrubbing a pot? Taking a walk> Reading a book? Talking to a friend?
Can you engage with one of your five senses, or more. This aspect of mindfulness is very helpful and will allow you to deepen your moment to moment experience of your life.
Some people visualize a scene that makes them happy. Or remember a great meal that opens their sense of taste.
